How fast are we up?
After we tailor the pack to your department, you get ready-to-load links. Same day once the pack is built if you already have Grok Bot.
Are these generic templates?
No. Each purchase is custom-tailored to your department and your needs, then delivered ready to go. You load the finished pack into your Grok Bot.
We don’t have Grok Bot. Can we still buy?
Yes. We show you how to get on and load the pack. Short setup guide, optional 90-minute setup call. You use your own Grok Bot.
Do you need our password?
No. The pack loads into your Grok Bot. We never take the login.
What does the retainer do?
Fresh pack when the rules or portals change, plus we review drafts you send.
If we stop the retainer?
Updates stop. What you already loaded stays.
Will Watch open RMS, CAD, or ePCR?
No. Public sites and files you upload. No CJI. No PHI.
Can it email the state by itself?
Only if a person approves that exact message.
Do you have an Emergency Management pack?
